Responsibilities

Deliver the growth plan for the Sector
Grow market share of company within the key accounts of the Sector
Ensure high customer satisfaction through net promoter scorecard. Lead and motivate the country sales team to reach and exceed customer expectations
Identify customer need and deliver value through company\'s product/service portfolio
Thorough understanding of customer potential
Work with Technical team to expand customer potential through innovations
Monitor and improve upon service delivery models
Work with country business teams to deliver the promise to customers
Actively be involved in coaching and development of various teams
Actively collaborate with other functions like supply chain, technical, HR as per business needs
The role will require extensive travel as per business needs

Requirements

10-15 years sales/business development experience in Manufacturing/hospitality/industrial sector
Good knowledge of Vietnam business culture and market
B2B experience required
Based in Vietnam HCMC
