Corporate Accountant

Job Description
This is a new headcount who will oversee and establish workflows with external service providers to ensure efficient, timely and accurate reporting for corporate and fund entities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and actual against budget analysis.
- Liaise with external fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, etc. to ensure statutory compliance for corporate and fund entities (statutory audits, tax returns, annual company filings, etc.)
- Implementation and oversight of controls for bank account arrangements, payment processes and ensure authorization of expenses and invoices in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
- Assist in the setup of new entities and bank accounts.
- Degree with accounting qualifications (CPA/ACCA/equivalent) with previous experience in a Big 4 real estate/private equity audit team or real estate investment management companies preferred.
