(a) Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets
(b) Resolve corporate action cash breaks for Singapore and Foreign markets
(c) Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator established with Business
(d) Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
(e) Adhere to documented SOPs, control guidelines and compliance framework
(f) Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head/Team Lead and ensure prompt and effective resolution
(g) Support Section Head & Team Lead to streamline processes, document user requirements and perform user acceptance testing
(h) Handle adhoc assignments / projects / initiatives as assigned
