Our client provides banking operations services to a diverse range of Banks and is seeking an Executive- Corporate actions.


Some of the Key Responsibilities include:


Manage Corporate Actions processing for funds within the Asia Securities Operations team, with strong knowledge of core systems, workflows, and relevant market practices. Ensure smooth and efficient operations, minimize risk, and handle client and stakeholder queries promptly. Collaborate with the overseas counterparts to align processes and support the migration of Corporate Actions activities to Asia. Contribute to projects and initiatives while maintaining high service standards that positively influence client satisfaction and ratings.
To be eligible for this role you will require:


A Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Actions operations within the Funds space Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, operational risks, and SWIFT message types. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel VBA macros is an added advantage.
