Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: Welcome and greet arriving guests in a professional manner. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls to respective departments. Collecting, coordinating and sorting incoming and outgoing mails/documents. Purchase of stationery, maintain of office equipment etc. Assist in setting up and maintain cleanliness of the meeting rooms. Arrange local and overseas courier services and delivery. Prepare beverages for guests when necessary. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned. Ad-hoc assignments as per requested.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least GCE"O" level/ITE/Diploma. Minimum 5 - 10 years of similar experiences working as a receptionist cum admin assistant. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition Responsible, reliable, mature, punctual and a keen to learn attitude. Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.Other information: Monday - Friday, Office Hours. 5 - 10 minutes' walk to Raffles Place MRT station.
