The position of Corporate Education Sales Associate involves the Sales and Business Development of various educational offerings in the K2 University portfolio as well as the management and supervision of K2 Konnect, our digital platform for our business associate community. This is a sales and Business Development focused role that incorporates marketing, account management and customer service and support amongst the skills required. Responsibilities:
Review, qualify and validate clients\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications for eligibility and fit for the various K2U offerings
Should have experience in selling Hire - Train - Deploy Models in technology
Sales generation together with the K2 Sales team
Ability to manage and organise each stage of a BD sales funnel to include Suspects and Prospects
Sales generation for K2 University offerings through social selling, social recruitment, traditional cold calling and educational webinars and other marketing efforts focused on companies
Support in the organisation of K2U events and meetings with companies
Participate all correspondence to the K2U business associates involved in the program
Contribute to the K2K platform about specialised K2U groups and individual correspondence
Comprehensive go to market approach and explanation of K2 University value proposition to companies
Monitor use of K2 Konnect for K2 University clients and contribute to content
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills as well as deep contract negotiation knowledge
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
Having worked in education sales or software/solutions sales
Adept at leveraging social media for lead generation, networking and social selling as well as active and social listening skills
Sales and marketing-centric, analytical and ability to work in a fast-paced continually evolving environment
Highly organised and possess an ability to prioritise tasks
