Description
I am partnering with my client to hire Corporate Finance Analysts covering investment management and/or project financing for their teams.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting and driving the implementation and management of investment projects from end-to-end. Responsibilities include conducting business case assessments, supporting project development activities, preparation of investment memorandums and financial models, and liaising with project stakeholders and external stakeholders. Due to the nature of the work, up to 25% travel to countries in the Asia region is required on a need basis.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing real estate/ infrastructure projects or Asia investments, and an appreciation of investment structures and market risks. Candidates from Big 4 deal advisory with infrastructure projects experience, or from infrastructure advisory with modelling capabilities, are welcome to apply.
