Job Description

Our client is seeking a driven and analytical investment professional to join a growing Investment team focused on credit and structured financing opportunities across emerging markets. This role involves end-to-end deal work, from origination to execution, with regular travel to key regional markets.
The position also offers the chance to contribute to the development of a technology-enabled investment and trading platform. You can expect strong cross-border exposure, meaningful responsibility, and a clear path for career progression in a fast-moving investment and fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source, assess, structure, and execute private credit transactions across sectors such as technology, fintech, and alternative lending
Develop investment theses and propose suitable deal structures for new opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with external credit investors - including family offices, funds, and other institutional partners to support capital syndication.
Prepare and present investment materials, including teasers, presentations, memorandums, data rooms, and financial analyses to senior stakeholders and investment partners.
Lead coordination with legal advisors, financial consultants, and other third-party service providers to drive deal execution.
Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.
Contribute to the ongoing development of a proprietary technology, data analytics, and investment-matching platform.
Support broader business development and brand-building initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Min 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or similar fields.
Strong interest in technology, financial services, and emerging markets; proactive in building industry networks.
