Participating in the pitching process including client meeting and proposal preparation;
Developing and analysing financial models;
Preparing deliverables including meeting minutes and final reports;
Participating in periodic valuation review including overseeing data transferring process and reviewing the external valuation work;
Interfacing with third party appraisal firms/advisors during a valuation review process to facilitate discussions regarding the valuation review;
Conducting research and performing analysis of market conditions for real estate assets across multiple asset classes i.e. residential, office, retail, industrial, data centres, hospitality etc. in different geographies;
Building and maintaining client relationships; and
Working closely with Managers/Senior Managers on client management, practice development, and business development activities

Requirements:
Excellent academic background preferably with a degree in real estate, accounting, business, finance, economics or mathematics
Ideally 1 - 3 years\' relevant valuation experience acquired with the valuation practice within an accounting and/or professional services firm
Strong grasp of real assets valuation concepts; proficiency in business valuation is a plus
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented and presentation/report writing skills
A self-motivated individual, who understands challenges within a real estate valuation context and is able to operate within a team environment
Ability to work independently and develop good relationships with other team members
