Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose:

  • Support business growth ambition by adopting a forward-thinking approach to Performance and Talent Management by clearly defining business goals and objectives. He/she has to be able to ensure alignment among teams, develop and implement guidelines on how to attract, motivate and retain talent through effective succession planning.
  • Manage ambiguity in a dynamic and fluid Corporate HQ environment by tackling the wide gamut of demands and requests from the various key stakeholders other than handling key responsibilities. He/she must be able to create and implement change management strategies.

  • Understand every avenue of the business function to its core – partner with leaders to obtain business information, trends and priorities and pro-actively ask questions to gain further insight.

  • Drive and influence adoption and alignment of corporate direction within each country.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support business leaders and understand and plan for the people implications of business decisions by providing recommendations and solutions to align HR/people strategy to business strategy
  • Design, develop and implement focused group workforce plans (focused on capacity, capability, culture and change leadership) that are aligned with business goals and outcomes

  • Drive the implementation of the performance and competency management process

  • Create and drive succession plan for key positions by developing retention strategy and succession plan for critical talents
  • Design and lead the implementation of interventions targeted towards the retention and engagement of employees, and the reinforcement of the company’s values and culture across the supporting corporate functions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and standards by educating, supporting and coaching leaders and employees in relation to new and existing HR policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Over 10 years of working experience in broad based HR generalist functions

  • Experience in talent management and engagement, with the ability to understand business issues
  • Prior experience in the life science and/or clinical search industry would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in supporting corporate/regional APAC and Global team will be an advantage
