Adecco is in partnership with a leading organization in the Advanced Manufacturing field, dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Insurance Specialist to manage Group insurance programs. This role is crucial for ensuring comprehensive coverage for our client\'s Directors\' and Officers\' (D&O) policies, as well as various global general insurance coverages..The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Group insurance programs, including Directors\' and Officers\' (D&O) liability insurance and general insurance coverages such as Industry All Risks, Comprehensive General Liability, Marine Cargo, and others.This role involves evaluating insurance needs, managing relationships with insurers, and ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.The Job:

• Policy Management:

• Administer and manage the Group insurance programs, including D&O policies and general insurance coverages.
• Review and update insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and alignment with company needs.
• Liaise with insurance brokers, carriers, and underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential insurance needs and gaps in coverage.
• Provide recommendations for adjusting coverage levels based on risk exposure and industry standards.
• Claims Handling:

• Oversee the claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling of claims.
• Work with insurance adjusters and legal teams to address complex claims issues.
• Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present reports on insurance coverage, claims, and risk management to senior management.
• Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding insurance matters.
• Educate and inform directors, officers, and other relevant personnel about insurance policies and procedures.

The Talent:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certification in General Insurance, ) are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management, with a focus on D&O and general insurance coverages (Industry All Risks, Comprehensive General Liability, Marine Cargo).
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance policies, risk management principles, and industry regulations.
