Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans. The Bancassurance focus specializes in the generation of revenues by promoting insurance products and services to corporate clients.Job Responsibilities

• Business Insurance Specialist is responsible for revenue generation, providing business banking clients in their insurance solutions and servicing to meet their needs.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client\'s insurance requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
• To partner with District Manager and Team Heads to lead sales staff to achieve insurance goal via participation through referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and process insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to facilitate seamless client experience from proposal to post servicing.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance
• At least 3 years of financial sales experience, preferably obtained CMFAS 5, 9 & HI
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
