Job Description

:

• Involved in bespoke software development and enhancements, and maintenance of existing applications.
• Responsible for analysis, programming, problem resolution and daily support for one or more system applications.
• Work closely with IT internal teams and various business partners in change requests which include gathering change requirements, documenting, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements
• Plan, execute and monitor projects assigned to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare test cases, conduct UAT and go-live support.
• Prepare technical and user documentation.
• Create digital materials, drive and guide user training needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in Products Analyst / Business Analyst / Project Management experience in software development projects.
• Experience in delivering product roadmap from ideation to execution.
• Experience working on UX/UI with designers.
• Hands-on experience in Django, Python and API.
• Hands-on experience in MySQL queries for data extraction and analytics.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, CMS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiar with IT service management tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Freshworks, ManageEngine etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in user-centered design processes.
• Experience in supporting data migration and post-implementation activity.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and global environment.
• Ability to collaborate at all levels and navigate with ambiguous complexity.
• Strong desire to continually enhance technical skills while remaining focused on end-user delivery.
