Manage budgets and financial reports (annual/MTP, monthly, quarterly, annual).
Analyse data to identify trends for business planning.
Collaborate on budget creation and strategic alignment.
Monitor and analyse daily sales progress.
Ensure compliance with HQ standards and internal policies.
2. Project Coordination
Collaborate on internal and external projects, including new product development and international trade control activities.
Assist with external requests.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Develop the team\'s corporate reporting skills through training.
Manage staff performance to achieve goals.
Deliver pricing structure training and manage price revisions.
4. Collaboration & Process Improvement
Liaise with HQ divisions on corporate planning issues (Legal, Finance, etc.).
Work with other departments to ensure proper controls, workflows, and streamline divisional processes for improved efficiency.
Advocate for continuous process improvement.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Support compliance efforts and provide comprehensive support to committees like the STC Committee.
Fulfil any other duties assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field (e.g., Economics, Public Policy). Advanced degrees or specialized training in these areas are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably relevant experience in business planning or related roles (e.g., pricing, budgeting, compliance, risk management).
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Project Management: Proven ability to develop plans, lead teams, and execute projects successfully. * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
