:

The Corporate Regional Education Manager (CREM) \xe2\x80\x93 APAC - will bring the Cross-Branded and Brand-Agnostic Travel Retail Education program to life in TR APAC alongside the Corporate Regional Education Director (CRED). The CREM will partner closely with the Corporate Regional Education Director \xe2\x80\x93 APAC and the Travel Retail Worldwide New York Office team to ensure that relevant content and regionally effective activation is created and adapted in a manner that will be used and embraced by the regional team \xe2\x80\x93 verbal, printed, and digital. The CREM TR APAC will report to the CRED TR APAC. The Director will define geographic and topical areas of responsibility for the CREM to lead and own.

Responsibilities

Content and Tool Creation
- Make recommendations on needed education materials \xe2\x80\x93 both in content and format to CRED and New York Office (NYO, Travel Retail Worldwide) team to ensure that all created and curated content is regionally relevant and meaningful.
- Partner with CRED and Commercial Team \xe2\x80\x93 especially Commercial GM\xe2\x80\x99s of TR China, TR Korea/Japan, TR Southeast Asia, TR Oceana to understand retailer-specific opportunities and how to best utilize cross-brand and brand-agnostic education to improve overall productivity and customer experience in each unique retail environment.
- Work with NYO and translation teams to ensure that all translations maintain/retain their intended meaning.
- Make recommendations on needed content for the TR APAC region (and potentially sub-regions) to the NYO team and CRED on regionally specific topics, such as hero products and regional consumers, which might be different than as communicated by global brands.
- Lead development of training facilitation content to ensure that training is engaging, relevant and fun and that the Sales and Education Executives are able to deliver the trainings with excellence.
- Partner with CRED and brand teams to develop locally relevant Virtual Selling program/execution.
- Partner with branded Regional Education Managers to capture new information, updates, launches, campaigns, activities in order to provide recommendations on what to leverage across brands and ensure ongoing relevant content.

Train-the-Trainer
- Deliver training modules (blended training and e-learning) to the trainers of the cross-branded/brand-agnostic content: the branded Travel Retail Sales and Education Executives
- Partner with the TR APAC Area Sales and Operations Manager and Sales and Education Executives and help assess the cross-branded materials\xe2\x80\x99 effectiveness and reception. Provide feedback to NYO for ongoing improvements and new content ideas.
- Create relevant and actionable training tools to instruct Sales and Education Executives on how to best utilize eLearning to strategically drive sales results. Encourage full team adoption of e-learning tools. Understand sub-regional nuances with eLearning adoption and ensure that subregional specificities are taken into consideration with eLearning development and execution. Partner with CRED and NYO to work through any complications that arise.
- Ongoing monitoring of KPI\xe2\x80\x99s E-learning quantitative KPI\xe2\x80\x99s in conjunction with e-learning lead
o Quantification of qualitative feedback re: delivery and content in order to understand trends in eLearning usage and cross-brand training
o Sales performance
- Provide recommendations on the optimal mix of blended training and e-learning usage based on door size and visit schedule
- Develop additional ideas, define and deploy the plan to drive adoption of tools and/or targeted sales outcomes.

Program Administration/Decision Rights Governance
- Partner with regional sales teams and approve/deny access to ensure all users in region have appropriate access for their roles and that users who leave their role have their access deleted.
- Gratis governance: Assist branded and NYO teams in managing gratis and incentives by deciding on access rights to BA\xe2\x80\x99s.

Functional optimization
- Elaborates service & education plans aligned with business priorities
- Partner with CRED to understand the roles and responsibilities of all team members touching education in some way (sales teams, education teams, artists, airport coordinators). Ensure that all team members have the nuanced tools and information that they need in order to properly do their job and not duplicate efforts.
Qualifications

- At least 8 years of relevant of working experience as a Retail Educator in the beauty / luxury / FMCG industries.
- Strong preference for prior experience in regional field sales and/or education with an understanding on how to partner with retailers in Travel Retail.
- Work experience in Asia with a nuanced understanding of the full region and sub-regions
- Possessing BA/BS degree/Relevant academic background
- Experience working strategically with cross-functional partners such as Human Resources, Communications, Finance, Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, especially for audiences where English is second or third language
- Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Robust problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and creative, and grow and change with the role
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, team-player with high-level of emotional intelligence and growth mindset

- Passion for multi-national environments and multi-cultural consumers
- Public Speaking skills and a calm demeanor are essential
- English + Mandarin language is strongly preferred. Confident to conduct training in both Chinese and English
- Travel approximately 30-50%
