Intern will provide support to Corporate Safety team in Safety Communication & Promotions;

• Administration of the Speak Up Programme & SATS Covid Tracking and reporting

• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness, timely closure of actions from Speak up feedbacks, hazard reports

• Conduct trainings, campaigns in relation to Speak up programme/Hazard Management programme and Enterprise Incident Management system

• Data reconciliation and analytics for dashboards

• Digitization projects which includes design input, data reconciliation, user acceptance test and change management

• Attend meetings to report status when required

• Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders

• Design and creation of Safety Promotion materials and simple training guides

Job Requirements:

• Positive Safety attitude

• Willingness to comply to all safety protocols as required in the duties

• PC Literate and comfortable using app/simple software applications

• Willingness to work in Changi North Crescent

• Good communication (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Aviation/Working experience in Airport/Airside preferred

• The duration will be 6 months / 1 semester
