Job Description

Location: Paya Lebar, East RegionWorking timing: Office hour (5 days per week)Salary: Sgd 2500 - 3500Responsibility:

• Work closely with Assistant Director, Leasing to identify potential sites for opening of new outlet
• Source and secure the best sites at the best tenancy terms and conditions
• To assist in conducting of Retail Trade Zone studies and to identify potential gap and a new avenue for new outlet
• Work closely with other departments (e.g. Projects, Operations, Branding and Marketing, Finance, etc.) to resolve all property-related matters
• Liaise with relevant authorities and Landlord on the contract pertaining to proposed site
• To assist in preparing of tender document
• Preparation of presentation kits and lease documentation
• Maintain the outlet lease profile and monitor latest shopping malls development
• Perform other job duties or projects as given by superior or management

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in food and beverage or retail industry
• At least 1 year experience working relationship with various landlords, preferably with shopping malls, government & hospital
• Knowledge of real estate industry, leasing terms and conditions and basic building knowledge is more preferable (eg. electrical and mechanical provision, building constraints related to our business operation).
• Required computer knowledge & skill (eg. Microsoft Excel for the preparation of financial worksheet, Microsoft Word for report writing and Power Point for presentation)
