Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source by identifying market opportunities.
Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers.
Working together with team and work effectively as a team to meet performance targets.
Regular reporting and updates on sales progress.
Responsible for identifying market opportunities, learning about new products, supporting ongoing projects.
Negotiating with the customers for the professional services rendered.
Person need to act as trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt Solution provided by company.
Identify customer need and surfacing new projects that align with the customers business strategy.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree with minimum 6-8 year of experience in Solutions sales and account management.
Knowledge of Presales will be an added advantage.
Must have experience in account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, executive communication, needs analysis, services/partner engagement, opportunity management and pipeline management required.
Experience and expertise selling to LOB decision makers, technical decision makers & enterprise solution architects by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customers overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria preferred
Customer focused and results driven.
Individual contributor
Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
