Ensure timely submission of Annual Returns and other filings to ACRA.
Stay abreast of relevant regulations for compliance.
Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per regulations.
Handle share transactions documentation, including transfers and issuances.
Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies for prompt responses to inquiries.
Act as the primary contact for company secretarial matters, supporting internal teams.
Undertake administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in business, accountancy, law or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
