Corporate Secretarial Assistant Cum Office Admin

Job Description



1. Reports directly to a Manager.

2. Assist in client's corporate secretarial matters.

3. Drafting and preparing of Directors Resolutions and Minutes of Meetings.

4. Maintain and ensure the files are up-to-date (i.e. registers, signed documents, ACRA lodgements)

5. Support in clients KYC, risk management procedures and Job codes assignments and closures.

6. Sending e-reminders and monitory of clients' deadlines.

7. Any other ad hoc secretarial duties.

8. Handle office administrative matters: -

i) procurement and organise of stationeries, pantry supplies, gifts, etc

ii) courier arrangement, mail management, etc

iii) scanning of documents, binding and printing of reports, etc

9. Receiving and directing phone calls.

Requirement



1. O Level / Diploma.

2. Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

3. Able to multi-task with great time management.

4. Organised, able to prioritise work, attention to details & able to show initiative.

5. Excellent communication and able to engaging and building rapport with client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
