Manage and oversee a portfolio of both local and international clients across a variety of industries
Draft, review, and ensure accurate preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act and ACRA regulations
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior corporate secretarial staff
Ensure timely and precise submission of statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant regulatory bodies
Advise clients on matters relating to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate restructuring
Maintain statutory registers and ensure all corporate records are kept up to date
Coordinate with clients, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities on corporate secretarial matters
Assist the Senior Manager in enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimizing workflows, and upholding high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accountancy, or a related field
ICSA/SAICSA qualification is an advantage
At least 4 to 6 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
Strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate governance principles
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
