Corporate Secretarial Senior Associate

Intro:
Reporting to designated Team Lead or Manager of Corporate Secretarial team, you will be responsible for administration of a portfolio of clientele which includes private and public limited companies as well as foreign companies, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the clients, their advisers, your colleagues within local office and counterparts in an effective manner, to continuously meet clients\' expectations and maintain good client relationship management so as to optimise the work process.
Some of the things you\'ll be doing:
\xc2\xb7 Assistance in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters for clients under your care and ensure statutory and compliance issues are met
\xc2\xb7 Preparing necessary documents for company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, AGM, EGM, board resolutions/meetings, corporate actions, striking off, etc
\xc2\xb7 Filing of annual return and financial statements in new XBRL format
\xc2\xb7 Assistance in drafting and releasing announcements of listed clients to SGX
\xc2\xb7 Lodging changes that required to be updated with ACRA upon director\'s approval
\xc2\xb7 Attend to auditors\' queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for statutory audit
\xc2\xb7 Assistance in assessing work procedures, providing feedbacks/suggestions for improvements and implementing improvement process, where necessary
\xc2\xb7 Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures
\xc2\xb7 Handling staff relocation matters for clients
\xc2\xb7 Other ad hoc projects
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 3 years\' experience in corporate secretarial practice. Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, a good team player and able to work independently, pro-active client servicing aptitude and a commercial acumen
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of viewpoint will be an advantage
\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
