Job Description


This role will focus on

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters
  • Oversee daily operations of the respective team members and ensure all communications with clients are supported with proper documentation and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in the corporate secretariat are met
  • Support on ad hoc projects, legal research and compliance matters

Job Requirements:
  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification with a minimum of 6 years in a corporate secretarial practice, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferably in a professional firm
  • Display strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Strong command of languages
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff
  • Meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented
