Job Description


  • \xef\x82\xb7Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties (both listed and non-listed companies).
  • \xef\x82\xb7Act as advisor to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Coach and review the work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Provide good client service, ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Attend board/committee meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
  • \xef\x82\xb7Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma / Graduate of ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course.
  • \xef\x82\xb7At least 8-9 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms and public listed companies.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills.
  • \xef\x82\xb7A leader and team player with a can-do attitude, strong initiative, and minimum supervision from management.
  • \xef\x82\xb7Meticulous, detail-oriented, and can meet tight deadlines.
