CORPORATE SECRETARIAL-ASSISTANT MANAGER
Role Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible in the management and administration of corporate secretarial and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and administering directors and shareholders meetings. 1. Handling all aspects of clients\' corporate secretarial matters independently 2. Prepare minutes of meetings, directors\' resolutions, shareholders\' resolutions in accordance with the latest statutory requirements 3. Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA Update and maintain statutory and corporate records 4. Perform checks and due diligence on clients with regular reviews 5. Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters 6. Liaise with clients, government agencies and other services providers (e.g. notary public, tax agents and auditors) 7. Attend to notarization and legalization of documents 8. Familiar with bank account opening and subsequent changes process
