*CORPORATE SECRETARY ASSISTANT NEEDED* This position reports to our Corporate Services Manager, with more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Services. You will be liaising directly with our ever-expanding international client base to understand their business, maintain a strong relationship with the clients, and advise them on any corporate issues they may face. Responsibilities
  • Assisting in corporate secretarial work including advisory work, in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Handling ACRA lodgements.
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensuring client\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for Singapore or offshore jurisdictions.
  • Providing regular review/updates and maintaining proper records of clients\xe2\x80\x99 KYC/CDD compliance.
  • Maintaining proper updates of companies\xe2\x80\x99 registers and statutory records via the corporate secretarial software.
  • Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of client work, and maintaining high-level clients\xe2\x80\x99 services.
  • Assist in cross-selling of other services provided by other arms of the Company when an opportunity arises.
  • Gather clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback for improving the service-providing process.
  • Maintain a strong and ongoing relationship with clients by updating new and exclusive services from time to time.
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Diploma or degree holder with a background in but not limited to accounting or legal studies.
  • Fresh graduates of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA are very welcome.
  • Good listener, able to elicit information efficiently and effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fast learner, you can expect to gain knowledge from various areas in a fast pace environment.
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be suggestive, creating new and better ways for the company to be successful.
  • Prior Experience in handling corporate secretarial work for offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
Salary: SGD2,600 - SGD3,300
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon to Fri
Location: Jalan Besar
