Corporate Secretary Intern

Job Description


  • Maintain client's company statutory registers
  • Assist clients with Incorporation of Companies and LLP, opening bank accounts, and other corporate service requests
  • Assist in performing KYC and Due Diligence work of customers, during the onboarding process
  • Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
  • Assist in preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and Filling of annual returns
  • Sending invoices for billing and renewals for client services
  • Perform other corporate administrative duties or a business-related request from clients, where necessary.

Job Requirement
  • Able to commit a minimum of 3 months, extendable.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, meticulous, and responsible
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Corporate Secretary
  • Preferred Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Xero Accounting, Video Conferencing
  • Flexible Work Arrangement Available, current students looking for part time internships are also welcome to apply
