Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients from both public and private companies, including listed and non-listed companies
• Contribute to the incorporation of companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships, and striking off companies
• Attend committee/board meetings and record meeting minutes
• Ensure regulatory compliance in corporate secretariats
• Maintain statutory registers and submit statutory returns to ACRA

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of Corporate Experience for Senior Associates (less experienced candidates will be considered for Associate role)
• Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Graduate of ICSA or currently pursuing ICSA course (Applicants with relevant working experience will be considered as well)
• Well-versed in Singapore Companies Act
• Strong time management, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
