Capco Singapore is looking for an exceptional Manager to join our Risk and Compliance (Corporate Services) team: Job Summary The Enterprise Risk team is responsible for identifying, monitoring, and mitigating the risk arising from all our business activities across Capco, ensuring that our people operate in accordance with relevant legislation and industry standards, corporate policy, and the agreed risk tolerance. The Manager position will be a global support role reporting to the Enterprise Risk Director, with responsibilities as first point of contact for the APAC and India region while also overseeing global responsibilities. Core responsibilities include risk reviews, monitoring KRIs (Key Risk Indicators), controls testing, respond to client risk questionnaires and client audit requests, coordination of annual SOC2 Type II audit and physical security controls for ISO27001 audits (including managing internal stakeholders and external auditors) and leading on the firm\xe2\x80\x99s annual ESG report and UN Global Compact submission. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response
  • Performs risk assessments related to Deal Reviews, Data Protection, Vendor Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
  • Educates and trains all levels of staff and business associates about the risk management program and their respective responsibilities in carrying out program provisions, including delivery of face-to-face and virtual Enterprise Risk induction training
  • Document and monitor risks, controls, and issues identified in related control, compliance, reviews or audits, and work jointly with issue owners to remediate
  • Manage the firm\'s ongoing global Business Continuity Planning including, impact analysis, documentation, and tabletop testing
  • Promotion, development, and maintenance of risk-reporting on LogicGate, the firm\'s core risk management platform
  • Promotion, monitoring, and reporting on the firm\'s suite of Mandatory training
  • Coordination and management of the regular Enterprise Risk meeting materials, communications, and regular weekly/monthly reporting
  • Management of the stakeholder submissions for the firm\xe2\x80\x99s annual ESG report.
  • Coordination of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s annual UN Global Compact submission.
  • First point of contact for Enterprise risk-related queries from the business
  • Provide back-up for other team members and other related duties assigned as needed
Required Skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related professional accreditation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 team player, able to forge relationships, build consensus and influence decisions
  • High level of trust, integrity, and sensitivity
  • Demonstrable organizational skills, detail oriented and data analytic skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple and variety of projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and assertiveness in obtaining information needed to proceed with projects with minimal supervision.
  • Project management capabilities
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Teams, O365)
  • Languages: English
