Job Description
What the role is:
We are looking for an Operations Readiness Executive for the Airport Logistics Park Singapore.
What you will be working on:
- Manage all vendors to ensure they meet established service KPIs \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure regular maintenance and uptime of all security systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure integrity of all record-keeping of security system \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, where applicable \xe2\x80\xa2 Continual data analysis on the operations data on throughput, timing to propose improvement to checkpoint operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all activities carried out at ALPS are in compliance with all Singapore regulations including but not limiting to Free Trade Zone Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act
Candidates with a background in security management, operations management, compliance, and data analysis would be well-suited for this role. Additionally, experience in the specific regulations mentioned in the job description would be highly beneficial.
