1. Reports directly to the CSR & Comm. Area Supervisor.
2. Ensures the implementation and monitoring of the Social Development Management Program and other community commitments.
3. Fosters community relations through involvement of the company in community initiatives, social development projects and programs.
4. Coordinates and Collaborates with the other departments to address the Social Development Management Program and other CSR related concerns to ensure continuous operations.
5. Custodian of the information area of the site and guarantees that all cascaded information are posted, acknowledged and filed.
6. Act as the company's media liaison both internal and in external environment.
7. Promotes and manages the reputation of the corporation by executing branding strategies aligned with the quality policy, vision, mission and values.
8. Conduct focus group discussions with the LGU other interested parties in the host & neighboring communities for the CSR and Social Management Program.
9. Handles community related crisis management.
10. Develops and cultivates relationships with key community leaders and officials.
11. Recognized issues and potential problems, develop and research relevant facts, formulate alternative solutions and make appropriate decisions based
on analysis.
