Report directly to the Group Tax Manager and actively collaborate with accounting and tax team members throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements by preparing required tax returns and computations.
Handle tax queries, audits, disputes, and resolutions with relevant tax authorities for both Singapore and overseas locations.
Review and prepare quarterly GST filings and address ad-hoc GST inquiries.
Coordinate or prepare the Group\'s transfer pricing documentation to comply with applicable tax regulations.
Monitor taxes, withholding tax, and effectively manage tax audits.
Assist in periodic tax reporting and preparing tax provisions.
Provide support for tax-related activities in M&A and strategic projects, including due diligence and post-transaction integration.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably gained from public accounting firms and/or commercial entities, with a focus on taxation.
Proficiency in local tax laws.
