  • Job Mission:
    To deliver exceptional customer service and offer expert and knowledgeable travel advise. To meet and exceed Service Level Agreements using the in-house booking tools and bespoke systems and represent Egencia as an ambassador of service excellence.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:
    • Answering calls from clients within Service Level Agreements
    • Completion of booking files
    • Quality Control
    • Problem Solving
    • Delivering Deadlines
    • Use technical experience and customer questioning skills to identify opportunities to achieve \xe2\x80\x98best value\xe2\x80\x99 from the clients spend, through:
    • Sourcing the most appropriate travel solution
    • Applying \xe2\x80\x98smart\xe2\x80\x99 air fare ticketing principles; split or combination ticketing
    • To maximize opportunities through the sales of ancillary products


    Customer Development \xe2\x80\x93 Take an active part in all customer development strategies to continually improve and strengthen the relationship.

    Preferred suppliers - Possess a clear understanding of Egencia\xe2\x80\x99s preferred supplier policy, using judgment and selling skills to promote suppliers wherever possible.
    Bi-annual performance review with manager to review performance and identify opportunities for training and personal development
    Attend training courses to keep up to date on product and system knowledge
    Any other tasks as directed by the Team Leader according to requirement and development of company initiatives.

    Requirements / Qualifications:
    • Strong customer focus
    • Significant experience in a similar blue-chip corporate travel environment
    • Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 friendly, confident manner with all levels
    • Experience of web-based booking tools and extensive knowledge of GDS systems
    • Extensive travel knowledge
    • Presentable, flexible with a desire to succeed
