The Opportunity

• This is a newly created role in a renowned Beauty MNC to manage the corporate travel agencies and to implement tools to ease the internal booking process for employees.
• Mon - Fri; Office Hours (Hybrid work arrangement)
• Salary: Up $8000 (Subjected to experience)
• 1 year contract (renewal/ conversion is subjected to performance)

The Talent

• Min 5 years of experience in corporate travel
• Strong knowledge of travel policies
• Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

The Job

• Change management of new corporate travel agency
• Becoming the PMO lead for Integration Project
• Lead discovery workshop to define the Program design
• Review Policy to match with program
• Determine project framework, resources and timelines including third party suppliers
• Online booking tool integration
• Formulating roadmap and milestone for project roll out
• Collaborate with the internal client HR, finance, purchasing and top travellers with the focus to drive the program, such as Online booking tool deployments & communication, travel policy execution tracking
• Organize enablement session for all stakeholder
• Monitor the adaptation rate, identify pain points and action to address it
• Prepare Dashboard with Business Analysis based on result
• Travel Policy review, reform; thus communication and enforcement for both internal and external; Safety & Security policy and guideline;
