Job Description

Our client is a listed digital entertainment and marketing technology group that is expanding their footprints globally. We are tasked to set up their Finance/Accounting team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle financial accounting for cross-border e-commerce platforms, including daily transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and expense reimbursement review; manage accounting, settlement, and tax filing for overseas stores in compliance with local tax laws. Tax Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT, customs duties, and other regulations in multiple countries; complete tax filings, export tax rebates, and domestic VAT declarations, minimizing tax risks. Cost & Expense Management: Calculate procurement, logistics, platform commissions, advertising costs, etc.; manage inventory accounting and ensure data matches physical counts; analyze cost structures, propose cost-control measures, and optimize profit margins. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement); analyze sales, gross margin, and expenses by SKU, platform, and store to support business decisions. Cash Management & Reconciliation: Manage cash flow, reconcile settlement statements with actual receipts, monitor for anomalies, and optimize liquidity management. System & Tool Application: Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, Lingxing) for accounting; use BI tools for data analysis to support decision-making. Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Able to communicate bilingually, with English as a working language. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in e-commerce or asset-heavy industries; overseas audit or international tax experience preferred. Familiar with accounting standards, economic law, tax law, and financial regulations; proficient with ERP systems and financial management software. Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to maintain efficiency in high-pressure environments. * Good teamwork and leadership abilities.
