Work Location Univac Precision Engineering Pte Ltd Location: 211 Woodlands Avenue 9 #01-86 Woodlands Spectrum II Singapore 738960 Job Summary Responsible to review and analyze product costing, handling month end closing, yearly physical inventory count exercise. Responsibilities : Month end closing :

• Review gross margin for all customers and highlight to the management on abnormal gross margin.
• Prepare monthly reports to Operations:
• Management Sales and Gross Margin report,
• Negative PPV and variance analysis report,
• Inventory aging and obsolescence report,
• Monitor the adequacy of provision and Goods in Transit,
• Complete the month-end system closing, prepare monthly costing entries and accrual entries.

• Review of standard costing and internal costing allocation matrix (fixed and variable cost)
• Review of sales and inventory forecast with Operations,
• Review negative PPV review and attend meeting with Operations,
• Setup BOM and roll-up costing on new FG,
• Review inventory adjustments,
• Coordinate with external auditors on costing and inventory matters,
• In charge of physical stock take and resolve discrepancy with the Operation.
• Able to proposal continuous improvement on work flow such as automation; work instruction and etc.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned, as required, by management.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99 s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• 2-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) preferred.
• Proficient in SAP/Navision and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
• Self starter and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Have a team focus and be adaptable to work in a dynamic environment.
