We are seeking an intern who can help us to enhance the TERRA Integration Process.Terra is an existing tool to get the inland transport tariff from origin to destination which is used by all Sales & Trade Network for quick and easy price quotation & filing. This intern will be exposed to coordination with APAC Agency Network, Pricing strategy, Procurement and Business Process enhancement.
Responsibilities:
TERRA BUYING COST
Analyze existing list of vendors for the inland transport tariff, with validity
Consolidate vision of different costs (Vendor, imbalance ratio of equipment, repo cost)
TERRA SELLING RATE
Assist with the coordination of the APAC Agencies to get a potential selling rate per corridors.
Analyze potential margin per Country, mode & corridor of inland transport
Consolidated Vision
Provide a user-friendly tool to manage the pricing of inland transport with vision on Cost, Revenue & margin
Provide global list of corridors to Head Office to upload it on the system effectively & efficiently
Others
Any other projects/requirements that may arise and fit the intern's skillset.
Requirements:
Competent in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Macro etc.)
Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense etc.)
Finance background will can be preferrable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and team player
Ability to analyze and propose solutions for productivity gains and process improvement
Results oriented
