Job Description


Responsible for ensuring cost control plans to manage companywide costs are followed. Maintains the Point-of-Sales system.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the Point-of-Sales system
  • Ensure implementation of company-wide cost control measures
  • Provide support for all projects, including variation reporting, monitoring of project milestones and compilation of financial reports for each project and outlet
  • Evaluate and determine standard recipes and costings
  • Prepare monthly reports for review and analysis of cost structure
  • Control and monitor actual expenditures by cost centres and departments
  • Conduct inventory and equipment check and month-end inventory reporting
  • Investigate and report any discrepancies
  • Prepare menu costings for Club, Outdoor events, On-site events and other promotional campaigns
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, business, engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and similar industry
  • Independent, proactive, detail oriented, analytical, hands-on and excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving cost savings for current/past employments
  • Audit experience with Big Four will be considered.
