Responsibilities:

Computes costs, resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
Maintains cost database, monitor compliance for policies, internal guidelines, and systems.
Analysing outcomes with progress reports also benchmarking costs and ensuring value engineering
Present estimate cost and descriptive information to manager.
Analyse & monitor the project progress, costs in relation to the project budget.
Monitor actual expenses and invoices to ensure allocation is correct against budget.
Managing accounts receivable positions, cash flows, claims and variation orders.
Prepare monthly & quarterly reports, budget control reports for our projects execution
Communicate with project Manager on project forecast or progress.
Preparation of external annual reports and other external publications.
Analyse and monitor periodic and ad-hoc management information

Requirements:

Degree in Business/ Finance/Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering
Min 2-3 years experience in quantity surveying experience on projects
Experience in expenses and forecast results.
Able to prepare clear summaries on findings and prepared reports.
Understand construction industry and project processes
Good planning skills and ability to work under time pressure.
Possess a valid driving license
