Job Description
Key Responsibilities . Provide individual / group counselling, and group psychotherapy . Do BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale) assessment and others . Work with in-house psychologist to plan and Key Responsibilities . Provide individual / group counselling, and group psychotherapy . Do BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale) assessment and others . Work with in-house psychologist to plan and propose relevant rehabilitation and reintegration programs or activities for selected residents . Work with multi-disciplinary team to improve residents' well-being . Liaise with potential employers for residents' job placement. . Deliver assigned programs and projects . Manage psychosocial indicator data collection Qualification Minimum a Bachelor degree in Counselling from recognised university with experiences. A Master degree would be preferred. 3 years of working experiences with people with psychiatric issues would be preferred Well verse with Microsoft office applications. Compassionate and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Core Competencies . Team player who is patient, helpful and organised at work. .
