Position: Country Head
The Client
My client is a global management firm and a preferred partner to SAP and its suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall operational needs of the assigned territory/country which encompasses profit, revenue, cash and targets
- Produce business-operating plans and other business performance reports to communicate business performance to the HQ
- Recruit and manage employees' performance and satisfaction which includes performance review, mentoring and training where required
- Work closely with support functions to ensure smooth functioning of all business units
- Communicate where needed, to end users or clients on the products and services provided by the organisation
- Degree in Business or Computer Science, Information Technology
- Thorough SAP market understanding with proven sales records
- Professional network in Singapore and region in the SAP market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to develop executive level relationships
- Prior experience in similar capacity
