We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Head of Human Resources to oversee the function with key areas of focus from recruitment, engagement, and employee relations. With an employee population of over a 1,000 headcounts and a team of 18 HR professionals reporting to you, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization\xe2\x80\x99s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across all levels and functions.
  • Develop and maintain robust employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and the adoption of innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage HR budgets, analyze HR metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree being a plus. They should have a proven track record as an HR leader, preferably in a similar role within the facilities management industry or a related field. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a successful history of attracting and retaining top talent. The candidate should also be proficient in employee engagement initiatives and capable of creating and maintaining a positive work culture. They should possess an extensive knowledge of employee relations and be able to offer guidance and solutions to complex HR issues. The candidate should have familiarity with performance management processes such as evaluations, goal setting, and development plans. They should also have a strong comprehension of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. As an exceptional leader, they should be capable of motivating and inspiring a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
