Job Description

Objective

• Provide Human Resource (HR) services to the designated business units in the company in a generalist role that will support the business and people development objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide Country HR Generalist support and advice for defined business units, acting as a key interface for management and staff
• Key point of contact for the employees at the designated production sites. Expected to travel to local production sites.
• Drive core processes supporting performance management, compensation & benefits, employee surveys and talent management
• Drive employee engagement and industrial relation activities.
• Identify areas for process improvement & implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall organizational requirements
• Maintain local HR policies and guidelines and ensure compliance with employment-related laws
• Collaborate with regional HRBPs & HR Services on various HR topics.
• Liaise with external service providers to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management
• At least 6 years of relevant human resource management experience in an MNC
• Good understanding of general HR best practices, recruitment, compensation & benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong HR business partnering skills
• Familiar local employment law, employee relations and HR operations
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
