  • Responsible for overall HR services for the Consulting office in the country, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries and HR Operations.
  • Involvement in various practice areas within Human Resources i.e. employee orientation, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development & etc.
  • Collaborates/works closely with Country Consulting Leader, Portfolio HR Business Partners & Central HR teams to assess / anticipate human resource-related needs to develop programs and solutions.
  • Maintains awareness of the culture, plans, and competition of the practice under the HR purview
  • Leads and supports the employee engagement programs/social events that foster and promote a culture of excellence
  • Responsible for evaluating country employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies to ensure compliance with internal and the federal /state authority requirements
  • Responsible in managing team member to provide & execute HR operational support in the country including administering payroll, employee personnel files, people mobility related work and Immigration Matters
  • Handles staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Provides support on the other areas of human resources when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary

Requirements:If you are someone with:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
  • Candidates with minimum 10 years working experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate with strong knowledge of local labor law knowledge and HR practices preferred.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities.
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
