We're on the lookout for a passionate, results-driven Course Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Course Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's growth. This role requires a mix of excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our tech bootcamps and the value they offer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Cultivate and nurture leads generated through our digital marketing efforts.
Engage with potential learners to understand their career aspirations, educational backgrounds, and learning needs.
Recommend suitable courses to prospective learners based on their individual requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing educational needs.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams team based on insights from interactions with prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and how they intersect with education.
Requirements:
Possess at least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and the impact it has on lives and careers.
A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
