The Courseware Developer works on a project basis to design, review, or enhance courseware that supports learning objectives and client needs. Responsibilities focus on specific tasks such as conducting needs analysis, developing curriculum and courseware materials, evaluating effectiveness, and supporting accreditation or certification processes.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Assess learning needs
Support data collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) to clarify learning goals
Summarise findings into a short needs analysis or recommendations report
Drive innovation and research
Scan emerging trends and practices in learning design
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for curriculum design and learning innovation
Design curriculum and courseware materials
Develop course outlines, session plans, and learner materials based on project objectives
Create assessments and content that align with curriculum intent
Manage accreditation and certification processes
Help review courseware for compliance with accreditation standards
Organise documentation needed for submissions or renewals
Evaluate Curriculum Effectiveness
Gather feedback from learners or facilitators.
Provide a concise review of curriculum strengths and improvement areas
Manage Stakeholders
Participate in check-ins with project stakeholders to clarify
needs and gather feedback
Document key decisions and alignments for the project team
Manage Vendors
Support vendor sourcing or review of vendor-provided materials
Provide feedback on quality and alignment with project needs
Qualifications, Experience & Qualities
Experience in curriculum design, education, or learning & development
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
Detail-oriented, organised, and quality-focused
Collaborative team player who works well independently
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
This role is currently only open to Singaporeans/ PRs.
This is a project-based role.
