What you\'ll do

• Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible.
• Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and media\xe2\x80\x94be able to craft compelling and on brand visuals, as well as effective key visuals and communication designs
• Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
• Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions,
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
• Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualisation of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the stakeholders.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• 4+ Years of Professional Experience in a technology-focused startup, creative agency or freelance capacity.
• Understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of your audiences, to engage them in the most effective, and engaging way possible.
• Strong visual ideation and ability to design in a variety of styles for different channels and social media platforms\xe2\x80\x94be able to craft compelling and on brand visuals, as well as effective key visuals and communication designs
• Support the team with design requests & ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
• Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions,
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
• Experience in designing visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands
• An excellent online portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
• Master at Adobe Creative Suite & other leading design tools.
• Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability and experience with After Effects and 3D design tools are a plus.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital technologies are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
