Creative Director / Design Director
Job Description
Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Creative Director and Design Director in Singapore for an integrated agency delivering smart efficiency at all touch points, and thriving to deliver excitement and technology on the point of sales.
This International studio is rooted in Asia and has 3 offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Paris, with clients being mainly MNCs.
With experience working on FMCG brands in the personal care or food sectors, the candidate should be highly conceptual, able to lead projects and ensure that the team delivers exceptional design solutions through inspiring and motivating the Designers.
Required profile
A number of key characteristics and behaviours for this Creative Director role:
- Should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in FMCG packaging.
- Should be highly conceptual with the ability to generate big breakthrough ideas.
- Should have good business sense, leadership skill, capable to coach, motivate and inspire team members
- Should have good judgment and analytical skills coupled with critical eye for crafting details
- Should have exceptional interpersonal skill and presentation skill. Has the ability to influence audience with persuasive communication.
- Should be very open to new ideas, flexible and resourceful.
