Your Role

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, driving creative testing for paid advertising campaigns, and overseeing asset production SOPs.

You will play a pivotal role in establishing and elevating our presence in the health and wellness space. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Key Outcomes

  • Effective creative testing & optimisation methodologies to support scale in spend + breakthroughs in new channels.
  • Establish brand guidelines that support strong identity, recall & positioning in the product category.
  • Build a high performance creative team + efficient production processes.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) launch kits for new product lines & brands .
Responsibilities

Team Management
  • Define scopes & hire high-performing creatives + provide a structured environment for them to thrive/ succeed.
  • Conduct performance reviews with team members and give constructive feedback. (+ follow up on progress)
  • Manage & allocate creative resources to highest impact projects.
Production, Asset & Performance Management
  • Create briefs & work with in-house + external resources for various campaign collaterals.
  • Develop efficient workflows & resource allocation for production management.(brand assets, video/ static ads, landing pages, product labels, promos, product launches)
  • Review templates, final assets and suggest improvement/ edits if required.
  • Review test results with media buyers for various channels and campaigns & collaborate with team for iterations.
Research & Ideation
  • Create and refine visual customer avatar boards to better understand target audiences.(pain points, motivations, fears, desires, objections, narratives, emotional states etc)
  • Break down competitor and cross-industry ad design into duplicable frameworks with the help of senior designers (including but not limited to longstanding ads, funnels, and offers) to develop new creative tests.
  • Maintain a library of swipes/ trends to spark innovation across creative teams.
  • Improve production/asset quality & efficiency through generative AI tools, SOP creation and workflow optimisation.
  • Stay up to date & implement latest trends, industry insights and tools with creative team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in creative testing, team management & brand building.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to dissect core drivers of working ads and creating new variations to test based on ad test data, market psychology and design thinking principles.
  • Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly.
  • Independent problem solver who is resourceful and able to address manage multiple projects end to end.
  • Organized & meticulous.
  • Obsessed with psychology, design, video & advertising.
  • Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces.
  • Interested in applying skill sets in the right (highly scalable) opportunity/vehicle.
  • Bonus: Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design, A/B testing, CRO,UI/UX.
Work Arrangement
  • This is a full-time position with a remote work arrangement.
  • We work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm SGT (GMT+8). You will have a flexible working schedule but will be required to coordinate with the team for at least 2 hours a day in the SGT time zone.
