Job Title: Creative Marketing Intern

Job Type: 3-6 month paid internship

Start Date: January 2024

Reports To: Creative & Social Media Executive

Role Purpose: We are looking for super-star undergraduates and graduates to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing and creating visuals of our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:

  • Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable designs and content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Increase retention of tenants through community engagement and activities.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Creative & Social Media Executive and Regional Lead Creative in planning, brainstorming and executing social media content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Cove app and YouTube.
  • Coordinate, set up and stage professional and lifestyle photoshoots and VR shoots for new properties according to guidelines.
  • Lead and manage VR scan during property photoshoots.
  • Assist Creative & Social Media Executive and the Tenant Experience team with creatives, update and manage Cove tenant app with exciting monthly community events such as social, sports and cultural events.
  • Proactively share new creative ideas to reach our target customer.
  • Help us to continuously improve social media initiatives and processes.
Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential
  • Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Has experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok and/or YouTube
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Comfortable with being on camera
Preferred
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Motion graphics is a plus
